Please check out our Click and Collect service, where you can order only and pick up in store at your convenience. Please enter 'COLLECT' at the checkout when ordering.
New Zealand Orders
For orders to New Zealand we have a flat rate of $20 for all orders sent up to 2kg. For orders over 2kg please contact us.
All international orders are sent with Australia Post. Please contact us if you require express delivery through another carrier and/or require insurance on you order.

Orders placed Tuesday to Thursday are dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday to Monday are dispatched on Tuesday. If you require you order by a certain date we will endeavour to do all we can to get your package to you on time. Please leave a note at checkout if you require priority on an order. If you do require your goods urgently we recommend you select the Express post option at checkout.
As a guide it Parcel post takes between 2 – 7 days as opposed to Express Post, which is guaranteed next day delivery. This is dependant on your postcode. For detailed delivery times you can check directly on Australia Posts website HERE
Tracking your Order
Tracking numbers for all orders are sent when orders are fulfilled.
We stand behind our products but sometimes . . . well, shit happens! We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you and make this as smooth as possible.
We stand behind all of our bespoke and hand made products. They are all made with quality materials and love. They are however handmade, which means they often have small idiosyncrasies. Each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations on handmade products pictured on the website. For us this is one of the nicest things about buying handmade from non-factory environments.
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure. We are always happy to discuss issues you may have with any product you purchase from us.
Changed your mind?
Yep it happens. We love our stuff and we want you to love it too! If you do change your mind we cannot refund your money BUT we will provide you with a gift voucher to the value of the item purchased. This does not apply to custom orders.
What we need from you:
In order to offer a refund, gift voucher or exchange we do need the following from you:
- Return the product back to us in its original condition including packaging, manuals and accessories. This may be done in person or by mail. Return freight costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
- Provide a receipt to verify the item was purchased at our store.
- If the return is due to a product fault it helps us if you can provide us with any extra information we may need to process your return.
Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will normally have to be paid by you. For online store purchases, we will pay for return freight for any product assessed as having a major failure.
In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:
- Substantially modify the product;
- Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or
- Custom made orders;
- A change of mind when a product was especially ordered in for you.
