Arabesco Earrings designed by Magna Lab and handmade using Polyethylene plastic (recycled) and stainless steel
MagmaLaB was born in 2012 from the creative union of two artists, Caterina Martinelli and Gaia Guarnieri.
In 2014 they gave life to the Aquamadre project, aimed at exploring the creative potentials of reclaimed plastic materials, above all polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
In the following years the project consolidated and evolved, focussing on the design and creation of ‘contemporary jewels ‘.

Rosalba Galati, was born in Crotone, Italy, studied Architecture at the University of Toronto and the IUAV in Venice. In Canada she worked in fashion, interior and graphic design and collaborated to various architecture and urban planning projects, competitions and production of exhibitions. At Barton Myers Associates she gained her most significant experience, key to defining her approach to design, passion for high tech materials and attention to detail. Returned to Italy, she worked for an architectural firm in Padua and later devoted herself to the design and production of furnishing accessories and jewelry.
